Corporate Profile
Sea quest Enterprise Pte Ltd
Since its incorporation in 2003, the Seaquest Group of Companies has been a major service provider in the installation of turnkey accommodation and architectural fit-outs for the marine and offshore industry. From a small company of six employees, the Group today has a workforce exceeding 350 people providing turnkey services to major shipyards in Singapore and throughout the region.

At Seaquest, we are committed and have sustained a high level of quality service to both shipyard and ship owners. We are responsive to our customers’ exacting needs at all times and do our utmost to comply with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. It is our aim to be the preferred marine accommodation contractor of major shipyards and ship owners.

Since our establishment, we have continued to grow both locally and in the region. We are now the resident contractor of many major shipyards in Singapore such as Keppel Shipyard (Tuas/Benoi), Keppel Singmarine, Singapore Technologies Marine (Tuas/Benoi) and Sembawang Shipyard.

We presently operate five companies in Singapore. They service different shipyards and are: Seaquest Enterprise Pte Ltd, Seaquest Engineering Pte Ltd, Seaquest Marine and Construction Pte Ltd, Seaquest Marine Engineering Pte Ltd and Seaquest Marine Interior System Pte Ltd.

In 2004, to remain competitive and further support the business, we set up Seaquest Enterprise Sdn Bhd. This move helped us overcome labour shortage and operating cost increases in Singapore.

We further extended our services in Indonesia Batam with PT Seaquest Engineering in 2008 and have since completed three major projects namely Su Tu Vang LQ (Culong), M82 Electrical Building (FPSO Peregrino) and Platong II Project LQ, Utility Decks, CPP and Stick Building with a (Chevron) contract value of over US$10 million.

We continued our expansion and in 2010, Seaquest (Nantong) Decoration Engineering Co Ltd was incorporated in China and we have successfully delivered two product tankers.

The latest addition to the Group is Seaquest Qatar LLC, a joint venture with Sora Marine Services Co Ltd. This enabled us to gain a stronger foothold in the Middle East and enhanced the Group’s global position.

We have increased our presence in Qatar securing 8 projects from NDSQ (Damen Shipyard) in Ras Laffan. To further maintain our competitiveness and fully acquire a steel fabrication plant in Malaysia, the Group set up Seaquest Enterprise (Sheetmetal) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, for the fabrication, supply and installation of in-house steel furniture and stainless steel furniture.

We have been 10 years in the business and have completed over 100 projects. The more significant among them are: McDermott (Batam, Indonesia): Chevron Platong Gas II – LQM, Utility Decks, CPP Buildings, Su Tu Vang; Keppel Singmarine: Hull 341/2/3/4; Hull 363, Hull 312/314/327; Keppel Shipyard: Derrick Lay Barge 2, Derrick Lay Barge 1, FPSO Petrobras P53, FPSO Peregrino, FPSO Polvo, FPSO Vincent; Sembawang Shipyard: Aban Abraham, Sapura 3000 & recently Borealis 5000; ST Marine: Semac 1, Antigoon; Dyna-Mac: P57; Dynac (Malaysia): Gumusut Kakap; and Compass Energy/Thome Ship Management: FSO Gas Concord.
